Mini Me in a Mini Scene

Figured that I try out a clothed version of the Toon RobbyBobby.

Me vs Toon Me

One of the things that I'm lovin' about DAZ Studio is the ability to mix and match different characters.  The base DAZ Studio character is the Genesis model, which can be morphed into an endless number of variations - male or female.  There is a toon character called Jason that is built off the mesh, so I added that to the M4 morphs and the RobbyBobby face that I built in Facegen.  The result is a new Toon mini-me.  I brought the height closer to the default to compare against my RobbyBobbyGenesis character.  What do you think?  You know, if I ever got an answer I'd be shocked. LOL

You Don't Own Me

I think that I'm finally getting the hang of DAZ Studio. Too bad I don't have a lot of time to play with it during the week.

Meet the New Guys

I'm still familiarizing myself with DAZ 3D's Genesis character and Facegen.  Here are some new guys that I developed with these tools.  Can you guess which one is based off a photograph of me?

Trying Something New

DAZ 3D has been giving away copies of their DAZ Studio 4 program, so, of course, I had to get it.  I've been a Poser user since 2001, but free is free!!  Anyway, I've also been using a demo version of a program called Facegen, where you can take a picture of someone and create a 3D object from it.  They recently released a version of their exporter that can export morphs in a format that DAZ Studio can utilize on their proprietary Genesis figures.  Since I got the Studio for free, today I coughed up the $99 for the Facegen exporter.  This is a new character that I created today.  He's actually a mixture of several different faces.  Are you bored yet?  I never know because no one ever leaves a comment and, as far as I know, the comments are set up properly.
